That is a lot of water - can you put in some kind of low wall or berm to discourage it from coming into your back entryway? Or do you have a stack of sandbags somewhere?

Does everyone have to park on the street, i.e., there aren't garages? There are some old neighborhoods in Portland still that don't have much, if anything, in the way of offstreet parking.
