I've had it two nights running. I usually take valerian root capsules for it but last night it didn't do much for me.

I feel your pain, honey, I feel your pain. I'm bipolar, and insomnia is the rule rather than the exception for me. Doesn't it SUCK? Hope you get a nap today.
