Gainfully Employed
Jan. 14th, 2005 04:24 pmAs of the end of my residency program (8/12/05), I will be gainfully employed by Partners in Pediatrics, a multi-clinic pediatric group that bases its practice around Minneapolis Children's and North Memorial Hospital.
This is the group that I would have cheerfully killed someone to work for, as per a prior post. I had my second interview, and they made an offer at dinner, and I just signed the paperwork and sent it back in this morning.
The relief is unbelievable.
We won't starve.
Even more strange: I'm going to be somebody's *pediatrician*. In a real clinic. With an office of my own and everything.
