Two requests:
1. Where can I get local arnica gel/cream for a reasonable price? (Bo staff work is killing me, what with the 'stop the full strike with your upper arm'-- I have bruises the size of Texas on both arms.)
2. We've joined a summer CSA (with Featherstone Fruits & Vegetables)*. If you participate in a CSA or in co-ops for locally available, fresh & organic food, which CSA do you recommend?
3. Are there any winter CSA's out there?
*This works out to about 20 bucks per week (maybe 30, I'm doing the math in my head). I can blow 20 bucks on produce for 3 days at the grocery store.
