When a person is asked for a contact number-- say, if a person is having labs drawn-- the number given should be THE ONE AT WHICH THEY WANT A CALL BACK.
If you are not home all day and you want a call back on your cell, don't just give us your home phone number.

I have been trying to reach people today with lab results, and I am going to stop trying to do this and start just sending letters or making the nurses call if this trend continues.
