Robin informed me this morning that he is "not fragile any more."

Highlights of our fragile evening included a call from a family friend who'll be coming out to visit (yay!) in October, and a visit to a neighbor's house, where they were having a yard sale.

The neighbors in question are quite fabulous:  a bassoonist and his partner, an opera singer.

They gave me a mustard colored leather handbag ("You could _totally_ pull that *off*, honey...") and Robin a motorcycle toy.

But pretty much it was 'stay home and do the bland diet thing'.

Today, however, since there's been no recurrence, we went to the Minnesota Zoo.

Robin enjoyed himself; we enjoyed ourselves.  I wanted to smack the woman who was trying to use her flash to take pictures of /light-sensitive nocturnal animals/ through a *glass window*, but the rest of the press of humanity didn't bother me that much.  Which is good.

Back to studying; I must admit, with yesterday being what it was, I stuck close to the house and read:  DEXTA, HOUSE OF REEDS, ENEMIES, RAVEN'S STRIKE, MAGIC INC. and CAST IN SHADOW.

Today, though, it's all about Rubenstein-Taybi, Neurofibromatosis, and Long QT syndrome.

*sigh*
