Finished the workday with 4,000 steps, and then went up Raymond from Como to Larpenteur, over to Gortner, and back down again using a winding route through the vet school properties.
Roo sat in his bike trailer (his bike-car, he calls it) and sang the whole way.
Mike stayed home and watched hockey.
I'm still smiling from the endorphins and making my goal with plenty of time still left in the evening. I'm taking the pedometer off now, though.
